An unforgettable stay surrounded by breathtaking views and a truly magical landscape.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house, it truly exceeded all our expectations. The place was warm, cozy, modern, and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need, and even more. Honestly, the photos do not do it justice. Once you arrive, you realize it is even more beautiful in real life. The lake, the view, and the Kota were simply breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery felt like a dream. Petri was an outstanding host, always responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. We had a personal issue during our trip, and he was genuinely there for us, which made all the difference and meant so much. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is a complete no brainer. We would come back in a heartbeat.

fantastic house, incredible views and facilities

high spec, fantastic views and facilities. the host was 10/10. Two families stayed in the same house and living was private as well as social. The Out house is great for cooking marshmallows and bbq food over the fire. the kids loved it and was a very luxurious stay for the weekend.

It was amazing - we couldn’t fault it. Would stay again!

Perfect place for perfect family memories. We will all value the stay for as long as we live

Location, while being amazing was a little way from Rovaniemi centre and Father Christmas Village so we had to use taxes for all our journey. Having said that, the taxi service was professional and very good indeed. The villa itself was way better than we expected from photos, beautiful and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We used all the facilities, Kota for bbq, hot tub, sauna and even the gym. Excellent welcome from the hosts who explained everything. Very, very happy 🙂🙂

Zeer mooi gezellig huis.

Zeer mooi huis. Uitstekende ligging. Heel gezellig met de Finse Kota. Alles zeer schoon en goed onderhouden.

Eigenlijk niks. Maar als ik dan 1 minpuntje moet opnoemen dan vond ik dat er voor 1 week erg weinig handdoeken aanwezig waren. Er was pp 1 grote en 1 kleine handdoek aanwezig.
