It was a great stay with a spacious room with all required amenities. The check-in and check out process were very smooth.
They even have a nice little lawn where you can chill.

Nice place to stay with good view for Kazbek mountain. 10 minutes walk up the hill from the center of Stepantsminda. If you go higher you can enter nice pine forest. Here is good place to walk.
Two welcome tea-bags, and lots of sugar.
No possibility to cook food, just boil water for tea/coffee. It’s end of tourist season but the price is rising. Now in the end of September it’s rather cold in room in evening time

The comfort & quietness.
There is no aircon, and in summer, the room is very hot.
Also, the bathroom does not separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom so everything gets wet, it makes showering rather uncomfortable.
