Hotel Sweet Night

I really liked that, in addition to the room, which had a view facing one side, we also had access to a kitchen with a balcony overlooking the other side.

We stayed for two nights, and it would have been nice to have the room cleaned or tidied up the following day as well.

Maria is very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and spacious with a balcony with a gorgeous view of kazbegi. The bathroom is big and comfortable and hot water was always available. Free coffee and tea upstairs were really nice.

We stayed for 4 nights and on two of them we could hear a lot of door slamming all the time even up till 11 pm one night. One day there was also a lot of commotion around our room where someone knocked on our door twice? Not the hotel’s fault but maybe the administrator could try to calm them down when hearing this, or ask guests to be more respectful of the others staying.

This is a newer, purpose-built small hotel a five minute walk from the centre and bus station. Rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The best are the west-facing balconies to soak up some afternoon sun with great views over the mountains. There is a communal kitchen area on the third floor with fridge and water kettles. Maria, the receptionist, speaks good English.

Small additions would make the place better: electric kettle in the rooms, some shelving in the bathroom to put toiletries, and a microwave in the kitchen area.

Отвратительное впечатление произвел персонал отеля. 1. Утром в день заселения спросили в whatsapp во сколько мы приедем. Ответ: 15-17. 2. Приезжаем в 15:10 - на респешене никого. Минут 15 ищем администратора, чем она занята - непонятно. 3. Оплата проживания - только наличными. Заранее снимаю деньги с карты, чтобы оплатить, ровно сумму указанную в бронировании. Реакция администратора - "здесь не хватает". Пересчитываем вместе - ровно столько, сколько в бронировании. Ответ: "Ой, ну у нас обычно меньше 200 номера не стоят". 4. Предупреждает, что нужно будет сделать процедуру check-out, спрашивает во сколько мы выезжаем. Говорю, что в интервале 8:30 до 9:00, в зависимости от того, как приедет трансфер. Ответ: мне нужно точнее, предупредите, когда станет известно точнее. С утра, при выезде, на респешене снова никого не было. Я уже молчу о том, что помимо своих проблем мне нужно заботиться о том, чтобы излишне не потревожить уважаемого администратора. 5. Есть в номере ни в коем случае нельзя, внутри номера даже чайника нет, все на кухне этажом выше. Это уже мелочь, но стоит тоже упомянуть. Итого: номер в целом неплохой, но персонал испортил все впечатление. Поработать над сервисом не помешает.
