It truly feels like home. The property is centrally located, just a few minutes away from the supermarket and the center of Stepantsminda with a 360 view of the mountains. The hosts, Tato are incredibly warm and hospitable, making you feel like family throughout your stay. Anna is always smiling and welcoming despite the language barrier, which makes the experience even more special. We also had a wonderful barbecue night at the property a lovely memory from our stay! ❤️

The staffs, location, view and cleanliness.
The bathroom does not have shower curtain or cubicle, so the floor gets wet when we take a shower.

The staff was very nice, and had a nice lobby to drink tea and coffee. Room has good view!
The room had an unpleasant smell all the time, and it was impossible to sleep with all the noises in the lobby. If anyone is talking in the lobby you can hear it like it's in your room. Also when you shower in the bathroom you have water everywhere.
