Not enough lamps in the room

The Hotel is in a quiet area of the centrer of Stephantsminda. The balcony face the mountains so the view and the environment are very calm. The host at the reception was always available to answer our questions and help us. Every time we needed something, like hot water for tea or coffee or information about the city, she was always nice and ready to help. We really appreciated her sense of costumer service. Also, they let us park in the private parking of the hotel.

The room and the beds are really small for 3 people. The sheets on the bed were old and not conformable (funny texture that is not nice to sleep with). The were only one yellow light on the ceiling and it was not enough strong, and no lights for the beds or nightstand. The room could be equip with more facilities (better lightning, iron, hot water, fridge, etc.). Also, all the room was made from really cheap material. We thought it was a chic hotel. So it's was not what we expect when we saw the pictures on the web.

The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall design of the hotel had a charming boutique feel. Special thanks to Tatiana for her warm hospitality — she made the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was very nice, and had a nice lobby to drink tea and coffee. Room has good view!

The room had an unpleasant smell all the time, and it was impossible to sleep with all the noises in the lobby. If anyone is talking in the lobby you can hear it like it's in your room. Also when you shower in the bathroom you have water everywhere.
