This single family home provides the ideal setting for a much-needed family vacation, a couples’ getaway, or a golfer’s perfect weekend. And with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and an abundance of natural light, this beautiful Florida vacation home is the picture-perfect backdrop for your next Emerald Coast getaway.
This single story home offers ease and accessibility for guests of all ages and stepping inside this beautiful Bungalos cottage offers repose from the fast pace of daily life. Freshly painted with a coastal theme, the home features updated furniture and bedding, crown molding, an open floor plan, and the largest screen porch in the Bungalos, which offers both a dining table and an inviting seating area. Once inside, a comfortable living room provides ample room for every guest, as well as coastal décor and art and a 60” High-Definition Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen will give your party’s head chef a treat with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seating for twelve. An oversized pantry and full washer and dryer afford the conveniences of home.
When it’s time to retire, three bedrooms offer plenty of space for up to eight guests, and with HD televisions in every room, it’s easy to find moments of retreat and rest for everyone in the group. The extra large master bedroom features an exceptionally comfortable king bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another king bed can be found in the second bedroom and a third bedroom offers two full beds. A second bathroom can be accessed through the hall.

We stay in Destin annually. We love Sandestin Resort. Golf cart to Moo Moo Ice Cream shop. Fireworks every night ( we stayed July 6-11) it was great. Hot !!!!! We prefer June for temperature but resort was greaf

Bungalos 2495 was clean, and the perfect size for our family of five and two small dogs. The golf cart was awesome - we drove it almost exclusively once we arrived. Neighborhood was quiet and cute. Overall, one of the best beach stays we have had!

I want to say our entire family are MVH loyalists. We have always had great experiences with MVH multiple times a year. However, certain situations are beyond the rental company to immediately remedy. Here are the positives. Golf Cart is fantastic.The unit is very spacious, and stocked with everything you need. It does have extra toys, chairs, etc. Grill, stove, washing machine and dryer all work well much like other rentals. Wonderful to have your own parking spot for car and golf cart. The lights and dimmers were great. Tub, showers, sinks all work great and were clean. Our issues related to the overall comfort and cleanliness. The floors inside and out were beyond gross. The front porch had an odor, and hasn’t been washed in years. Inside was no better. I saw in an earlier review about carpets. The carpets have been replaced with tile, but you CAN NOT walk barefoot on the floors or your feet will turn black. We take our shoes off outside of residences, and we immediately had to slide on inside shoes. Our toddlers socks were filthy from wearing them inside. Secondly, we like cozy. Comfy beds, sofas, chairs etc. The beds weren’t comfortable. The bed in the master broke and fell apart in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. We had noticed it was a little shaky. It folded in on us in the middle where the box springs meet and sat down. I could tell someone had previously tried to patch it with screws. The slats were all brittle, and finally gave way. We propped it up with a paint can and plant stand for the rest of our stay and got through it. Lastly the chairs on the front porch, kitchen and living room are not made for normal human beings. I’m 6’2” and I could not find a comfortable spot anywhere.If you aren’t in the unit much or a big group needs room to spread out, I think this is a great fit. If you like to lounge and be cozy, I’m not certain this is for you. Definitely
