About this house rental
Located in Sandestin, a gated community. This is a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath with a trundle bed. The house is located directly across from the Bungalo pool! The beach is close by (5 minutes by car and under 10 minutes on the golf cart). The Bungalo is in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2,400 acre resort with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more. Be sure to check out Baytowne Village and Grand Boulevard!
This house has all the amenities you would want. The kitchen is accommodated with all the appliances you would like to have. The kitchen table seats 4 + 4 at the bar. Perfect for vacationing families. It has a large screened in porch that sits directly across the street from the Bungalo pool. Take some time to relax & enjoy the screened-in front porch in the morning and evening! Free WIFI. Kid-Friendly. Non-Smoking
We own and manage two other Bungalos: VRBO#450597 (next door to this property) and 1279015. Additionally, we have 4 other properties in Sandestin. VRBO # 2614941, 2484080, 2165894, 2165222.The other two are VRBO#450597 and 1279015. We are serious about taking care of our renters. Rent more than one Bungalo if you have a big group.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Bungalo. Being directly across from the pool was a plus. The condition of the property was generally very good. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to prepare full meals. Washer and dryer worked great. Beds were comfy. Overall, we would recommend this property to friends. Thanks!

Fantastic family property and pool location. We love San Destin and this was our second time in the Bungalos, first time at this property. House was just as listed. Nicely styled.
Only things that made this less than 5 stars were the minor items - kitchen was not very equipped. There were mismatched plates, a lack of serving items, no spices, no grill utensils, mismatched towels, no hairdryer, etc. All minor things, but would have expected for the price.
Overall very nice place.

This house is adorable & it’s a great little street! I loved that the house is across from the pool. The golf cart was awesome to have! The screened in porch was wonderful.Sandestin is such a great place for a family visit.
I couldn’t give the house 5 stars due to a couple things.
1. The description said there were beach chairs & beach towels. There was 1 beach chair that wasn’t completely rusted out & 1 tiny beach towel. We didn’t bring any of those things expecting the house to have them. We had to buy 2 beach chairs to get us through. We did leave 1 to replace the rusty one that broke in two. That was frustrating. Also-maybe supply more than 1 trash bag & stock the house with a few things that make it a better vacation home (dish washer tabs, laundry tabs, aluminum foil etc). For the price-I think it should have these things.
2. The sofa & love seat in the living room desperately needs to be cleaned & is very broken down. Pretty uncomfortable.
Both of those things could be easily taken care of & then the house would be perfect! We enjoyed our stay & would stay again…
