About this house rental
Located in Sandestin, a gated community. The property is in excellent condition, extremely clean, and comes with a 2018 golf cart that seats 6. This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath with a pullout sofa. This house has all the amenities you would want. The kitchen is accommodated with all the appliances you would like to have. It has high end appliances with a SubZero extra large refrigerator. The kitchen table seats 8 + 3 at the bar. Nice to start the day or end the day in the large screened-in porch. Plenty of space to be outside, but away from the bugs. The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom with shower, double sink, and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom between them. Perfect for vacationing families. This is a non-smoking property. The Bungalo pool is just a few steps away.
The beach is close by (5 minutes by car and under 10 minutes on the golf cart). The Bungalo is in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2,400 acre resort with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more. Be sure to check out Baytowne Village and Grand Boulevard!

Stayed with a group of friends (5 in total). The house was nice and in a great area. We always love Sandestin. The golf cart made getting around the area easy. We had a couple issues during our stay but Brandi was responsive and helpful. We just wished a FEW more basics were provided (like salt and pepper, bath mats outside the shower, more blankets, etc). However, there is a good stash of beach gear for anyone visiting that doesn’t have their own which is definitely a plus. Overall, we enjoyed our week at the bungalo and would for sure consider booking here again!

This property was perfect for my family. The location in the Bungalows was amazing. The provided golf cart was great. We will be back!!

We had a nice stay but had no cable or Wi-Fi the whole week long stay. We contacted the property manager on day 2 and it never got fixed. Our family was staying at the house next week and had no issues with theirs. Was a rainy week and no Tv or Wi-Fi didn’t make it any better.
