Located in Sandestin, a gated community. This is a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath with a trundle bed. The house is located directly across from the Bungalo pool! The beach is close by (5 minutes by car and under 10 minutes on the golf cart). The Bungalo is in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2,400 acre resort with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 40 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spa, numerous shops and much more. Be sure to check out Baytowne Village and Grand Boulevard!
This house has all the amenities you would want. The kitchen is accommodated with all the appliances you would like to have. The kitchen table seats 4 + 4 at the bar. Perfect for vacationing families. It has a large screened in porch that sits directly across the street from the Bungalo pool. Take some time to relax & enjoy the screened-in front porch in the morning and evening! Free WIFI. Kid-Friendly. Non-Smoking
We own and manage two other Bungalos: VRBO#450597 (next door to this property) and 1279015. Additionally, we have 4 other properties in Sandestin. VRBO # 2614941, 2484080, 2165894, 2165222.The other two are VRBO#450597 and 1279015. We are serious about taking care of our renters. Rent more than one Bungalo if you have a big group.

My wife, her mom, and our 3 kids had a "mini spring break" vacation. This property was GREAT!! What we enjoyed best was the location. Directly across from the pool as stated in the listing. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient location. Literally, anything you want or need to do is either on the property itself or a quick golf cart ride away. Listen, if a missing cable cord in the kids room is the only thing that I could even remotely think of that went wrong, then this trip was an A+++!!
Sorry, the TV was necessary at night time to keep the toddlers occupied and quiet. LOL!! Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality and quick responses. Definitely considering making a trip to Destin as a part of our annual vacation plans!!

The property was as advertised. Neat, clean, and directly across from the pool. The golf cart worked great. The wharf area is great. Food, beer and great entertainment - we will be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this Bungalo. Being directly across from the pool was a plus. The condition of the property was generally very good. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to prepare full meals. Washer and dryer worked great. Beds were comfy. Overall, we would recommend this property to friends. Thanks!
