About this villa rental
The house sleeps comfortably 9 people in 4 double bedrooms and 1 single ( full bed) , each with its own bathroom. .The living area on the ground floor is a 120 sq. mts. open space with a kitchen area on one side, with two professional ovens, 6 burners, a steamer and 3 sinks, two dining tables accomodating up to 12 guests and a sitting area at the opposite side with a charming stone fireplace and french windows with direct access to the sheltered stone paved patio where the table accomodates up to 12 people. A crib, a high chair, children's bed can be provided. I live with my family in a private apattment which is part of the same building, we might share garden and pool at times, I'm available to give informations and assistance.

We had the absolute best time staying at Olivia’s beautiful home. This was our favorite part of our two week trip. The property and the home are gorgeous and cozy. There is so much space so perfect for large groups. Oliva and Lucia provide everything you could need! We did wine tours, dinners, and cooking classes all from Olivas recommendations. We cannot recommend this stay enough!

We had the best time at the Iperbole Country House. The pictures do not even begin to explain the incredible views! Olivia was the an incredible host who helped us with anything we needed!

The place is spectacular. Its huge. Its beautiful. Its perfect. The view from the house, the tower and the pool is fantastic. My father is a professional chef recently retired and he made good use of the kitchen. also the place is a great point to explore the southern parts of Tuscany. There are many beautiful towns nearby. The sunset were amazing and I captured amazing drone footage of the surrounding area. We are more than happy with our time spent there. We hired a pizza maker and he used the nice brick oven and my kids helped to make pizza. We stayed in July in the place was cool at night and comfortable despite not having air conditioning. We ended up using five of the 6 plus rooms and everyone was happy to have their own bathroom. Not sure what else to say except that you will not be disappointed.
