About this villa rental
Villa Sogni D’Oro isan Italian villa located outside the ancient village of Montepulciano, andis traditionally furnished with modern Tuscan amenities. The villa was fully renovated in 2020, including the kitchens and bathrooms. The three-level farmhouse is composed of two apartments which can be joined into a large, six-bedroom house. Each apartment has three spacious bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms clad in travertine marble or Tuscan stone, and bidets. King beds throughout.
Villa Sogni D’Oro, in Sienna province, Tuscany, is the ideal place to further your Under the Tuscan Sun fantasies. The property overlooks breathtaking views of a rolling vineyard and the ancient walled city of Montepulciano. The recently renovated three-level farmhouse is meticulously decorated in a modern Tuscan style and is the ideal vacation home for those desiring to have a more authentic Tuscan experience.
The Villa is just outside the ancient walls of the town, the backyard patio looking across a vineyard to Montepulciano as it rises on the mountaintop. There is a large front lawn suitable for gaming, sitting, meditating, and of course, drinking wine amongst the olive trees that bedeck the property.

Montepulciano is about 2 hours north of Rome, 40 minutes south of Siena, 90 minutes south of Florence, and 25 minutes from Cortona and many other Tuscan villages. Drive to the house, and then walk or drive into the historical center of town at your leisure. The house is less than a mile walk into town. The house has been designed to provide travelers with oversize bathrooms, large bedrooms, and copious amenities. Air conditioning is standard in all rooms. Robust WiFi suitable for video conferencing and remote work covers the house. Nespresso coffee machines are in each kitchen. All the bathrooms have bidets integrated into the toilet units. Screens on the windows for bug-free, cool Tuscan nights.

Adult family of 8 exploring the small towns near Montepulciano. The property has spectacular views and is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The photos do not really do the property justice.
Glad we had two rental cars as the walk to Montepulciano would be challenging even for the average fit person. I highly recommend this property and can’t thank Adam enough for all of his prompt responses to my requests.

First, Adam, the owner, was our mini tour guide! And his property manager in Montepulciano, Elena, helped us with so many things. Dinner reservations, where to go/not go, nail appointments, any minor problems/questions she was on it!
The property itself was perfect for us. We rented all 6 bedrooms, but the property easily can handle 2 rentals without imposing. The bedrooms were large, all king beds, and the showers were all great. And the AC allowed individual temp control in each bedroom. We used the back deck area every night. The view is just too awesome not to! We saw deer, boar, a red fox all down in the vineyards.
And Montepulciano….well…it’s our new home! It’s a tremendous base of operation with Pienza and CORTONA (our favs), plus Siena and Montalcino within easy same day trip easy.
Adam was very generous helping us before we went, and was a good advisor while we were there.
We will be back. Soon I hope. We miss it already!
