About this villa rental
Villa Ardita is a characteristic and welcoming two-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Ardita you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the greenery and of the hills. Villa Ardita is 550 square meters (5920 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Montepulciano, where you will find restaurants and shops.
You will reach Villa Ardita from the parking area along a short route that includes approximately seven stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Ardita, you will need a car or private drivers. You will be able to park your car free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 2.4 meters (7.9 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and a swing. Here you will also find a barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season.

You will be able to enter the dining room garden. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. The furnishings include two sofas. From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two large panoramic windows.

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the dining room. It is very well equipped, with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. The kitchen has a small window.

A magical location with great views of the Tuscan countryside and a spectacular view of Montepulciano. Walking distance to the town with great wineries and restaurants. Huge numbers of bedrooms and a central kitchen and dining area for the family.
The property owners are the best. They maintain this property in beautiful condition. They are responsive to the guests needs while providing privacy. I have been using rental property for many years and have never had a better experience than our stay at Villa Ardita

My entire family joined us for our 40th anniversary. The large number of bedroom's, common dining area, pool and beautiful grounds made for a never to be forgotten week.

Our 10-member family loved our 3-night stay at Villa Ardita. It gave us time to wind down after visiting Lake Como and Cinque Terre and "smell the flowers" which are gorgeous and everywhere!
One day we stayed at the Villa, swam and played soccer (we found a soccer ball). That evening we cooked a pasta dinner with vegetables and salad purchased at the food market! It was such fun. The teen girls loved the cats, too!
The rooms provide privacy and are spread out within two buildings. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of silverware, dishes and glasses. We bought some paper towels, but dish towels and soap were available as well as a dishwasher. The dining room was lovely and had plenty of seating for all of us. Bedding was clean and quaint, with a real home-like feel. Bathrooms were clean; hot water was plentiful. There was an iron available in the laundry room.
The views from the property are magnificent and we took many pictures of the beautiful flowers to print and give as gifts to friends back home. We had a few afternoon showers, but we enjoyed them coming from the Arizona desert. We visited in early June.
The property representative was flexible about our check-out time, but we were courteous also, taking out trash and cleaning up the kitchen. Our deposit was returned graciously to us.

This property was amazing for our large family. We had individual "apartments" within the villa. The kitchen was lovely for family dinners and just hanging out. I would certainly recommend renting a car. It's a bit of a hike into town and not everyone in our group was able to make the walk. Taxis are limited.
