About this villa rental

This newly renovated villa has uninterrupted views across the valley. There are 4 stunning bedrooms, 2 beautiful kitchens and 2 amazing bathrooms. From the living room, you can step onto the porch, there are panoramic views to the other villages in the distance.
Additional shower room with toilet. This leads to the terraced garden in which you can relax and enjoy the heated swimming pool. Alfresco dining is a must with a kitchen garden.

Dave and Anne were very helpfull and wanted us to have a great time. And we did. I had knee surgery early this year, so it was a great climb every time, but it was worth it. It is good to know, the street near the house is very, very narrow! The house is really great and beautifull. Very nice beds and the view.... So beautifull, every time. We really recomend this place. O, and there is enough to do and find in the surroundings. Thank you very much, Dave and Anne! scared

We spent a lovely few days in this holiday home. The location was stunning and the house well equipped. We really appreciated the small pool to cool off in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Dave and Anne were very accommodating hosts who communicated well and sought to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Fans are needed in the house in August and we were grateful when we received these! Thank you for a great holiday in the mountains!

Exactly as listed. Great, comfortable, well cared for family home. It is great to drive up the mountain to the village after a full day exploring the region and relaxing at the pool with an amazing view and total privacy. Highly recommend.

Anreise: Parkplatz fast direkt vor dem Haus - wir haben dort immer einen freien Platz gefunden. Ansonsten gibt es einige weitere öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten. Im Ort teilweise enge einspurige Straßen, aber die Italiener sind sehr rücksichtsvoll und fahren im Zweifel rückwärts;) Haus: Eine wunderschöne alte Villa, sehr sauber, die Badezimmer sind neu. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Blicke von Balkon, Terassen und sogar aus den Fenstern sind phänomenal. Die Fotos übertreiben nicht. Abends war Autan hilfreich, aber es war erträglich und im Haus waren keine Mücken. Der Pool war sehr sauber und es gab sogar Wasserbälle, Luftmatraze etc. Zum Supermarkt fährt man 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns hervorragend erholt und die Tage dort sehr genossen! Vielen Dank:)

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Lugliano (ein sehr gepflegtes und beschauliches Dorf auf einem Hügel oberhalb von Bagni Di Lucca) verbracht. Das Haus ist groß (6-köpfige Familie) und in jeglicher Hinsicht bestens bestückt . Der Pool auf der Terrasse trug wesentlich Vervollkommnung des „Urlaubsfeelings“ bei. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hervorragend; die Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge vom Balkon oder dem Freisitz im Garten zu jeder Tageszeit ein Genuss; die Sonnenuntergänge täglich ein Spiel von Farben und Formen. Dave (Eigentümer) beantwortete jegliche Frage innerhalb kurzer Zeit; die Unterstützung durch die Verwalterin vor Ort klappte hervorragend. Jederzeit gerne wieder! Haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Lugliano. La maison de Dave et Anne est un vrai avre de tranquillité. La vue est à couper le souffle. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et découvrir dans la région.

Très belle maison typique restaurée avec goût et très bien équipée. Vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane. Seul petit inconvénient : circulation et stationnement difficile dans le village et absence de tout commerce. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous avons passé un séjour délicieux. A recommander

We’ve had a pretty perfect stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the stunning view. All rooms were perfectly clean and offered enough space for 6 people (8 people would have been fine as well). The neighborhood was very quiet and the locals were friendly. We absolutely recommend the accommodation and thank David for the reliable communication. A few meters before the house the street gets quiet narrow so we recommend to park the car at the large parking space behind the church on the left side. For dinner we are recommending Agriturismo Pian di Fiume.
