The three apartments each have a separate entrance, sun terraces, private bath / baths and TV connection via satellite system.
The kitchens are fully equipped and the rooms are furnished as vacation apartments for your needs. Between 4 and 9 beds plus sofa beds.

Due to the division into three apartments and the large number of beds (17 +), the Mulino Verde is also suitable for the shared vacation of several families and for groups.
In the large garden and in front of the apartments, each with its own entrance, there are shady places for setting up the garden furniture and grilling.
A washing station, a garden shower, table tennis table are available for the guests.
The area is extensive enough, partly also terraced, to offer several families space for a common and / or separate stay.

We’ve been to Bagni di Lucca several times already and the area is full of very movie properties - Mulino Verde is a bit different as it was a mill in the old days that has been refurbished preserving the stile. The hood thing is that the whole property can host up to 4 families and it’s basically unique in that respect.

Great place to relax, unwind and explore the countryside, towns and cities in Tuscany. The accommodation is situated right next to a lovely river that gave our kids and us adults endless hours of fun. The hosts are lovely and ensured we never wanted for anything. We'll definitely be going back !

La location è molto suggestiva e offre molte attività interessanti. I proprietari sono molto simpatici e sempre disponibili e premurosi. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, siamo stati comodamente in nove. Consiglio: avere una macchina adeguata per la rampa iniziale, sconnessa e un po’ pendente.
