About this apartment rental
This is a family owned and operated downstairs unit that was recently remodeled. We are steps from the sand and Pavilions Grocery. This property is in a prime location on the Balboa Peninsula. Once you arrive you won't need to get in your car again! Shopping, piers, restaurants, bars, and the beach - all within a couple minutes walk.
Our fully remodeled condo features a full kitchen with new appliances and an open concept living area. Keep it ocean breezy with a bi-fold door and ceiling fans in every room. Relax on the patio and hear the sounds of the beach near by or lounge on the sectional couch, 2 queen beds, and one king bed.
Shared washer and dryer are available for use and one garage parking spot.
Sand toys, boogie boards, surf boards, and a push cart to transport everything for a day on the beach!
Perfect for that getaway week with ... or without the kids.
This is a family property and we do not allow large parties, pets or smoking.
If you are in need of more space we have an upstairs unit that sleeps 8 (listing # HA 4770922).
Both units can be rented together to house 14 people (listing # VRBO 1270699). Great for large families!

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! There were two small issues. The couch is too small. It was not the same couch in the picture posted on VRBO and no TV's in the bedrooms.

This was our second time staying at Malia's place and we love it! Steps from the beach and walking distance to groceries and restaurants, and everything you need in the house plus beach supplies and parking in the garage. Perfect for our family of 4. We'll be back again for sure!
