Peace & Plenty is a two story, 3 bedroom home with views of the ocean and our beautiful creek. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and a twin in another bedroom and a queen in the third.
This charming light-filled house with beautiful views of Aptos Creek and the Pacific Ocean is a mere 10 house flat walk to Rio Del Mar beach along the picturesque creek. Quick walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner or market! So convenient!

- Like all beaches in northern California we do get visits from seals, dolphins, whales and the occasional shark. We like to call it nature ... please plan accordingly.
- Check-in is 3:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Please confirm with owner before making plans.

Peace & Plenty doesn't come close to how nice this place is. We got to meet Diane and her husband...very nice people.The patio area was BEAUTIFUL and so calming.Kitchen was great.Thank you so much for giving us an opportunity to stay in your beautiful beach home.

This was the perfect place for our family. The views, the deck, the amazing garden patio and comfortable well equipped home couldn’t have been better. Diane’s prompt and thoughtful communication was a real plus. Thank you!

Perfect location. My family had a wonderful time in Aptos and this house had it all. It was well appointed with all of your necessaries to unpack and immediately unwind. We walked 5 minutes to the beach every day, we enjoyed the deck for morning coffee, and ate al fresco on the patio. We had a very small plumbing issue with the kitchen sink (totally normal stuff) and the owners had it resolved asap- so attentive and responsive, it was no inconvenience at all. I share that because we’ve stayed in other vacation homes with no response from property management when issues arose so this was such a welcome and great change!
