This Beautiful Home in Aptos is in an ideal location overlooking both Rio Del Mar and Seacliff beach. There are fabulous ocean views from every level of the house, each with it's own private deck! The house also has a roof top deck complete with outdoor sectional, large teak table, with wonderful views of the Ocean. The house is just a short distance from both Rio Del Mar & Seacliff State Park with it's famous wharf and cement ship.
Located near the beach, this large Home features a both a Master Bedroom and Master Suite, plus Guest Bedroom. The house has 3 full sized bathrooms plus a half bath and can accommodate large families. The home is spacious and has a fully furnished kitchen, plenty of seating, Streaming LCD TV's , Fast WiFi, Washer&Dryer, and Garage with additional driveway parking.
Just a short distance to the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. The park offers rugged semi-wilderness, rising from sea level to steep coastal mountains of more than 2,600 feet. With over 30 miles of trails, hiking, jogging and biking along trails and streams and small waterfalls are some of the activities to be enjoyed here.
The home is within walking distance of some great local restaurants including Manuel’s Mexican Restaurant at the entrance to Seacliff State Beach. There is also a nice cafe next to Manuel's that serves delicious food with great menu selections and fabulous service. Be sure to check it out for any meal! Lots of other shops from small unique specialty shops to familiar stores like Safeway, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware, all within just a short distance away from the home. Located nearby is the older village of Aptos with its historic Bayview Hotel and Restaurant.
We are centrally located and just a short distance from some famous areas and attractions. Capitola (next door) with it's famous food and shopping is just a few minutes from the house. Santa Cruz with it's world famous Beach Boardwalk and Wharf is also a short drive. During your trip, you can also easily visit the Monterey Peninsula with such attractions as The Monterey Bay Aquarium, 17 Mile Drive, Cannery Row, and Fisherman's Wharf (and be there in less than 30 minutes). This area truly has it all and we look forward to having you as our guest.

I love this Aptos house. We had rented there before. There is plenty of room; very quiet area and not far from the beach. It feels like "home" when we visit. We had a great stay!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. 3 level Secluded bedrooms away from dining and living area. Kitchen is a little small but adequate. Dining area was the best with a view of the ocean. Downstairs bedrooms were very roomy and each had balconies. Would stay there again!🥂🙂

Very bad problem with mold/mildew odor on the bottom floor and sadly there was not one comfortable seat in the whole place. Everything else was good.
