The location of this house is perfect! About a 5 minute walk to the beach with a playground on the way. The beach itself was not super crowded for a summer weekend. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed including a little futon in the primary bedroom for our son to sleep on. We will definitely check availability of this house for our next Santa Cruz/Aptos trip!

Outside not clean. Needs paint and updating.. Remote and quite a narrow poor road for access. Could use safety bars and rails.
