About this house rental
Welcome to the perfect family vacation destination! Our charming 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is RIGHT on the beach. No walking across the street or driving to get to the beach. We are the only house on the "Island" strip with a gated deck. It's the perfect house for a memorable vacation, family reunion, or just an oceanic escape. This 1930's Greek styled home offers 4 spacious bedrooms that all have views of the ocean, a cozy fireplace to keep you warm, a washer/dryer, 2 TV’s and free WIFI.
Unharmed by the recent storms! Stairs to the beach are open!
*I recommend purchasing travelers insurance due to potential shutdowns *
Details to note:
Parking is first come first serve along the street in front of the home. We have strong wifi. Master bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor.
We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe during this time. Here are some ways we are helping:
-Cleaners wear gloves and masks
-Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before you check in
-All sheets, towels, and pillow cases are washed and bleached between guests
-Duvet covers of all comforters are washed between guests
-Disinfectant cleaning supplies and wipes are provided
House Rules: This is not a party house. Quiet hours start at 10pm. It's very important to stay off the public walkway and neighbors patio.
Quiet hours between 10pm to 8am
No beach fires or fireworks

The location of this property is spot on. Semi easy access to the beach. Privacy is awesome. Walking the boardwalk is easy and fun. Plenty of room inside the house. All the supplies were provided. The patio is the best on the block. The kitchen water pressure was. low but the showers worked fine.. Best part were the gray whales, birds migrating almost every day, seals swimming very close to the shoreline and the weather. Thank you for the memories that we made this week.

We truly enjoyed the location - right on the beach. The pictures look like the place is just a bit bigger - we had 8 adults and 3 littles - and wish we had a bigger living area and kitchen. The rooms were perfect. And I would imagine during the summer you’re outside most of the time. We loved that we could step out the door and be within feet of the beach.
