About this villa rental
This beautiful villa is split in 2 separate houses and it is located in a quiet location steps down to the beach. Each house can host up to 8 people. 5 bedrooms (one master with own bathroom) , 3 full bathrooms plus a large swimming pool, a tennis court and a wide terrace overlooking the beach and marina. The house is 5 minute by car from characteristic Pula and Nora with its historical archeological remains. It is only 30 minutes from Cagliari, for a day trip. The villa is fenced all around and offers plenty of parking.
With immediate access to the beach as well as to the pool, this is the perfect place for parents looking for a quiet and relaxing family vacations, as well as a group of friends or family members looking for a place to hang out without fighting the traffic and loading the cars with all beach necessities.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. We were met by Ivana and Rosy for the check in. Ivan made a delicious „Torta della Nonna“ for us, the best ever! They were both friendly, always helpful and quick to respond . Wonderful Sardinian hospitality.😎The property was perfect for us as a family with plenty of room. The outdoor space, garden, very nice pool and direct beach access ideal. We enjoyed our vacation so much and would love to go back❤️

Whist the pool and ocean at your door, this location is well out of Cagliari and the taxi fares are astronomical. If you do not have a car be prepared to be well out of pocket. A return fare to Cagliari is €180 (35km away ) and to Pula return €60 (5km away).
No wifi was a real problem for us however the host did give us a partial refund for which we were grateful.
The property is charming but old, kitchen facilities were okay.
Mosquitos were a real problem.
