About this house rental
This comfortable house with a gorgeous garden, equipped with all amenities stands in the prestigious condominium of Is Morus in Santa Margherita, a few steps from the private beach with crystalline sea.The house is spread out on a ground floor and an upper floor with a lush closed garden. It consists of 3 bedrooms for a total of 8 sleeping places, three bathrooms, a large living room and a functional kitchen.

There is a barbecue that you can use
The big wooden table can be used as a ping pong table too.
In the shed you will find bicycles, 2 badminton rackets, 2 ping-pong rackets, beaches chairs, 1 basketball, one soccer ball, things to hang the wash outside.
Within a few hundred meters you can also find the supermarket and open air sport complex with tennis courts, basket ball, volley ball. During July and August, activitities such as yoga classes, sardinian dinners are organised at the field complex.

Berenice's home felt just that with its lush gardens and well appointed kitchen, multiple bathrooms and abundant entertaining space, it was easy to relax and enjoy the holiday home not just as a place to rest but to spend the day. We were often here until mid afternoon before heading to the beach because it was just so tranquil and comfortable. Bed were comfy, the master had a mosquito net but we bought 3 more from amazon as we knew how veracious the mozzies are here. Top practical tip is to buy local mosquito repellant as UK strength doesn't cut it! Our only request on the trip was an iron which was duly bought to us straight away. It was walking distance to several beaches and a short drive to Lula, Chia and many others. We loved the new beach clubs that have appeared since our last trip in 2019 and the tennis courts, kiosk, table tennis and shops all on the doorstep meant we had everything we needed for a family with ages 12-83! We would love to return. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

La casa è esattamente come descritta, ben accessoriata, confortevole e molto pulita. Bellissimo il giardino, molto apprezzati la doccia calda esterna e il grande tavolo dove oltre a mangiare si può giocare a ping pong.
Il contesto della pineta in cui è inserita la villa garantisce relax e tranquillità.
Due le spiagge raggiungibili a piedi o con la bicicletta (due bici sono lasciate in dotazione dai proprietari) La più vicina (circa 10 minuti a piedi) l'abbiamo sfruttata poco perché dopo un temporale e una mareggiata si è riempita di posidonia l'altra è la spiaggia di Santa Margherita di Pula molto bella. In ogni caso a pochi chilometri di distanza ci sono alcune tra le spiagge più belle dell'isola e sarebbe proprio un peccato non visitarle!
Unico difetto, se proprio dobbiamo trovarne uno, sono le zanzare che nel rigoglioso giardino purtroppo si fanno sentire soprattutto verso sera.
A parte questo speriamo proprio di poterci tornare per un'altra vacanza!
