Gorgeous 2 Bed/2 Bath Bayfront Property- 30 Night Minimum Required

This was our first Vbro experience and we enjoyed every minute. The condo is spacious, well furnished and well located. We wanted a place that would be warmer than the northeast (we’re from Pennsylvania) in an interesting location that was not Florida. San Diego is that place and Mission Bay is close to everything the city has to offer. The condo buildings are well maintained and the permanent residents are friendly if you see them. Great hot tub, pool. Walking path and beach on the Bay is right outside the gated complex. We hope to come back in winter 2014.

Location is amazing! View is even more amazing! So close to pool, sand, and the bay with great beach and then about 15 minute walk to ocean. Seriously the view alone in this condo is so worth it!! We walked on the boardwalk everyday, so dreamy! Tenants around the condo were all so friendly and welcoming as well! We didn’t miss the air conditioning at all! The bay breeze was perfect and with the balcony open and bedroom windows cracked it was the perfect temperature always. Downsides for us was the master bed was very uncomfortable to us, even though it had a memory foam topper, it has two very deep divots on each side of bed, every time we rolled over it was like going up a hill, my poor back.. Second we would have liked better kitchen appliances for long term guests, some weren’t working well or were just missing so we had to go buy some things to get us by for the month. Lastly the internet :( my poor kids had no WiFi in the second bedroom. It was very spotty during our stay and the range from the box was very short. Overall I would definitely stay here again if those few things were fixed. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Excellent location and beautiful accommodations. Great access to bay, beach, restaurants, stores. All walkable.

Pleased with the property and location. Only problem is the heat system is inadequate for cold weather in January and February.
