Terrific view from 4th floor/corner unit, great balcony space, great location to all points of interests, awesome access to beach/beach path, great to have secure garage parking space, and nice to have 2 beach bicycles. Very clean property, although dated.

We loved our stay! This condo is as advertised and clearly run by a thoughtful, professional host. Everything you need is available in the unit or stored on the parking level (ex., beach stuff, bikes). The unit is clean and everything was in working order. The host’s team is proactive and highly communicative. We are a family of four with two younger children and found that the unit worked well for our needs. It was so easy for our family to hang out around Sail Bay and the unit is just a short drive or Uber away from Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Sea World, and Belmont Park (among others). It’s also an easy walk, run, or bike ride away from the Pacific Ocean. Highly recommend.

We loved Jeff’s Rivera Villa! Beautiful location and fantastic views!! There are some maintenance items that should be addressed asap, but overall we would love to go back regularly. We’ve out this in our top 5 places to stay!
