We were very pleased with our overall stay at this Nancy's Vacation rental. The unit was clean and fresh upon our arrival. The first thing you notice, upon entering, is the fantastic view through the wall of windows overlooking the water of Mission Bay.The living room furnishings were clean, up to date and comfortable. The bedroom has a king bed, which was also comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils to prepare most any meal. The unit is not completely ADA accessible. The doors leading into the bathroom are too narrow to accommodate a wheelchair or walker. There are also no grab bars at the tub/shower area.We felt the security of the property was good. The front door entry access is by a keypad. It would help to have better lighting at the front door, so ithe keypad is more visible. The complex is entirely gated and the garage level is totally secure, needing a key to acess the parking level on the building elevator. I did not have the best experience with communication with the rental company, but eventually, we were able to be satisfied. We were asked for a lot more identification for this property than any other we have visited. We also had to contact them several times to straighten out an issue with the rental fee amount.

This is a very comfortable condo in a great location with terrific beachfront views for enjoying beautiful sunsets. The property manager is very responsive and pleasant and having garage parking available in an area with little parking is a plus. Great walking path along the beach and easy walking distance to shopping, dining, etc. Great place!
