"Sea Note" offers over 1400 sq. feet of living space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of the larger floor plans available at Pointe West. The condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Sea Note" has cable TV with high speed wireless internet throughout. This striking first floor beach front condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private shaded balcony. LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB, you can literally be poolside in seconds.
This condo offers: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Pack n Play and High Chair provided. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, and electric grill. Everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is NOT provided with this unit.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Check out: 10 AM
• Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
• All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
• Minimum age requirement: 26+
• No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee and the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season starts June 1 and ends November 30. Please review our cancellation as well as Storm and Cancellation Policies carefully! These are located in the rental agreement.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Sea Note. It truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was very clean. We appreciated the extras in the storage closet for the beach

My sisters and I hosted a girls weekend for our mom. We had a fantastic time. The unit was exactly as described. We all loved the decor. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living room for all of us to comfortably sit and talk. The kitchen is well appointed - we had everything we needed. The only hiccup the whole weekend was the parking - the spots were not numbered due to repair work which is understandable. We got the parking place situation worked out with the other renter so all was good. We all agreed that the unit was perfect for our needs and very much want to rent it again in the future. Thank you!!
