"Sea Note" offers over 1400 sq. feet of living space, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of the larger floor plans available at Pointe West. The condo features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops and easy access to the beach. "Sea Note" has cable TV with high speed wireless internet throughout. This striking first floor beach front condo is the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private shaded balcony. LOCATED RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO THE POINTE WEST BEACH CLUB, you can literally be poolside in seconds.
This condo offers: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Pack n Play and High Chair provided. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, and electric grill. Everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is NOT provided with this unit.
Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.
Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room
Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.
Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.
* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building. If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs. Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations.
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.

The condo was perfect. The kitchen is completely updated and had everything we needed to make most all of our meals since we didn't want to go out to eat very much due to most restaurants being a good distance away. My only complaint about the condo is we had to bring our own beach/pool towels, which isn't super convenient considering the cost of checking bags these days. And it also would've been a bonus if they had some beach chairs for use verses having to do a rental if you wanted chairs.The Beach Club wasn't quite what we expected, but that's not a reflection on the VRBO we rented. Had simply hoped it would have a bit more to offer. The main pool isn't heated so it was quite chilly during our April stay. We did have fun going over to the hot tub in the evenings. The Sunset pool is a lot of fun and warm, but not as convenient. I was also hoping the bar at the beachclub would've been more of a gathering spot, but it wasn't even open during most of our stay since we weren't there during peak season, which was surprising since we went during spring break. Two separate nights a fire alarm went off at the beach club, which was quite loud and kept us awake, but again, no fault of the VRBO property. Overall, if you're looking for somewhere on Galveston that's away from all the chaos/crowds this condo is a great option!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Sea Note. It truly felt like a home away from home. The condo was very clean. We appreciated the extras in the storage closet for the beach

My sisters and I hosted a girls weekend for our mom. We had a fantastic time. The unit was exactly as described. We all loved the decor. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room in the living room for all of us to comfortably sit and talk. The kitchen is well appointed - we had everything we needed. The only hiccup the whole weekend was the parking - the spots were not numbered due to repair work which is understandable. We got the parking place situation worked out with the other renter so all was good. We all agreed that the unit was perfect for our needs and very much want to rent it again in the future. Thank you!!
