About this apartment rental
Serenity Now is a comfortable property that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is free WIFI and HD cable television A large living room /dining room with open kitchen. The large balcony is angled to view the beach and the bay. Sunrise and sunset everyday over the water. The unit is adjacent to the Beach Club which has the infinity pool, game room, fitness room, gift shop, restaurant and bar. You can walk to the beach, the charcoal grills/gas grills or fire pit. Park your car and just relax once you arrive at the newest family treasure.
When you stay in a Bay to Beach Rental Property, all you need to bring is your clothes, beach towels/chairs, sunscreen, food and you! We provide paper towels, toilet paper, large & small trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, coffee, coffee filters, shampoo, body wash, and basic spices in each unit.
Pointe West is an exclusive resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. The beaches are clean, groomed regularly and closed to vehicular traffic. The main clubhouse has a beautiful infinity edge pool, hot tub, kid’s pool, cabanas, grills, gift shop, workout facility with lockers and a game room. The Sunset Pool on the bayside has a small lazy river, hot tub, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills for the guests use during their stay. Enjoy the pool bar and restaurant, Smore's by the Sunset Pool, kid's crafts, Dive-in Movies and live entertainment. (We will send you the activity schedule upon booking your vacation or you can check the Pointe West Beach Club website for times/dates).
Golf carts, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors. Please ask us we have information on these items and other things you may want to rent when visiting Pointe West.
You are only approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston(The Strande), Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and all the other great attractions of Galveston. Major grocery stores are located 20 minutes away so we recommend guests stop on their way in so they never have to leave their vacation getaway!
WRISTBAND POLICY
The Property Owners Association (POA) at Pointe West collects a wristband fee of $25 per guest for each guest over the age of 4 (children younger than 4 do not pay) for use of the Beach Club and Sunset Pools during your stay at Pointe West. This is a onetime fee during your stay, not a daily fee. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beautiful beaches at Pointe West this fee is only for use of pools, fitness center, and other amenities. A reservation has been made in your name for your rental period at Pointe West. The wristbands are available at the Beach Club reception every day during business hours (9-5 off season, 9-6 peak season). The physical address for the Beach Club is 4161 Pointe West Drive, Galveston, TX. 77554. You do not have to purchase a wristband to enjoy the restaurant/bar at Pointe West. Your reservation will allow you to receive a temporary band to enjoy this business amenity.

We absolutely loved our stay!! We have been to Pointe West multiple times and this was our favorite property. The location is amazing, the unit is exceptionally clean and well maintained, the host did an excellent job of communicating, and the unit is so spacious. Highly recommended this property!!

Our long weekend at Point West Galveston was great! Linda & MaryAlice were great hosts and their home was wonderful. Their home was clean, bright, and well maintained and the 2 king beds were super comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation location for our family!

We had a very nice time here, the amenities were very close, we spent a lot of time at the pools and the walk to the beach was extremely convenient, beach was not trashed at all. Beds were good and the grandkids loved sitting on the porch with us in the early morning looking out at the beach. It’s not right in front, but its view from the patio was still nice. Peaceful and clean. Also, wheelchair friendly. I would take the family again for sure. The hostess Ladies, Linda and MaryAlice were super nice and very helpful . Responded back fast when we had a question.

There was visible black mold in the children’s room and we think it contributed to the kids getting sick
