"Our Happy Place" offers spectacular bay and sunset views in a recently remodeled third floor condo, providing quick access to the bayside lazy river pool. Whether you choose to relax by the pool or take a float down the lazy river you will never miss the views. The bayside location is perfect for those that love amazing sunsets, bird watching in addition to fishing off the bay or in the stocked pond so bring your pole and waders! The Pointe West Beach Club and Beach is also yours to enjoy, both are less than a 2-minute drive across the road in your car or for more adventure rent a golf cart & utilize the underground tunnel and pathways to this area. Grills and Fire Pits are located throughout the property for grilling up your catch of the day or roasting s'mores.
This home has front door Ring for security purposes. Inside this top floor condo offers 2 king beds, 2 bunk beds (both full over full). Sleeps 9 comfortably including a pack n’ play for your little ones. 4 High Def LED TV's with Xfinity cable and steaming capabilities, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, baby/toddler essentials (monitors, sound machines, table high chair), indoor and outdoor dining plus so much more!
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.
Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room
Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.
Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.
* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building. If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs. Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations.
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

Was equipped with everything and more! Gorgeous updated apartment in a peaceful neighborhood with every amenity you could dream of!! Great for families!! Kids loved the bunk room! Perfect vacation!!!!

Thank you for such a memorable weekend! We booked this condo last minute for a short getaway for our daughter’s senior trip. The condo literally had everything you could ever imagine available in the kitchen, was exceptionally clean, was very well decorated, had wonderful views… It definitely exceeded all of our expectations! Communication with the property manager was over the top, very responsive! I cannot say enough good things about this property… Simply AMAZING! We WILL be back!
