Gorgeous beachfront condo in Pointe West! Sea La Vie features three bedrooms and two baths, this vacation residence is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the first level (1 LEVEL ABOVE PARKING GARAGE) which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo. This condo is just a short walk to the dune walkover & Beach Club.
*A storage locker is provided for this unit.
This condo offers: Queen bedroom, a second bedroom with another queen bed, and a third bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (Twin over twin and twin over full) making this condo ideal for couples or two small families vacationing together. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, a fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare a dinner and entertain guests at the same time.
Pointe West Beach Club Access (Optional)
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility offering resort-style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. The resort fee is $25 per person (ages 4+) per stay, with a limit of three amenity bands per bedroom.
Amenities include:
* Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
* Hot tubs
* Basketball and pickleball courts
* Modest game/exercise room
Access process:
* The Beach Club will send an invoice directly to you.
* After payment, wristbands can be picked up at the Beach Club Office (open daily, 9 AM–5 PM).
* The resort fee is nonrefundable; purchasing closer to your arrival is recommended.
Important information:
We manage the rental home only and do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds or cancellations are not provided for closures or operational issues.
* Check in: 4 PM
* Check out: 10 AM
* Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check-in and after check-out with wristband purchase.
* Condos are accessible by stairs and have one elevator per building. If the elevator experiences an outage, you will be required to take the stairs. Elevators should not be relied upon for guests with disabilities or other limitations.
* Minimum age requirement: 26+
* No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

Very nice place that is conveniently located on the first floor. Only negative is that the kitchen trashcan belongs in a bathroom and not in the kitchen way too small of a trashcan for the kitchenThe skillets for cooking are very small not much of an option thereNot a fan of the kitchen sink faucet with it being motion censored especially when batteries go out or starting to go out and then you have to replace the batteries. Not quite 20 to replace the AA batteries because nothing there is close to go purchase batteries convenient store.had to troubleshoot the lights in every bedroom and fans and all the bedrooms due to not working even though the breakers were not tripped. WiFi Fox with no power and Ian had to be reset once Wi-Fi power was restored.

.Beautiful however there were a few frustrations. The tub drain appeared to be clogged somewhat, drained slowly.In he haste to clean the place they apparently did not vacuum the chairs in the living area. My granddaughter got dog hairs on her black pants when she sat there for the first time. The kitchen faucet was a pain to use and figure out. Really needed a closet in the master bedroom.
