Gorgeous beachfront condo in Pointe West! Americondo features three bedrooms and three baths. This condo is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. It is located on the second floor which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo or from the private, shaded balcony.
This condo offers: a sleeper sofa in the living room, king bed in the master, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with two twin beds & twin sleep chair. Perfect for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 9 comfortably. 2 High Def LED TV's, WIFI, living room nicely decorated, Fully equipped kitchen, Everything you need for a great vacation!
A storage locker is provided with this unit.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball & Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant opens seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Check out: 10 AM
• Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
• All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
• Minimum age requirement: 26+
• No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

I took my three adult daughters for a nice four day getaway in Galveston. This condo exceeded our expectations and was better than the pictures. Linens were clean. Beds were comfortable. The place was immaculately clean. Excellent views of both the bay and the beach. And we all felt safe in the area and in our condo! Pretty sure we will be back again - and we would choose the same place all over again!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, outstanding views and a great location. It’s about 25 minutes from Galveston and a little further to lake Jackson. We were looking for a beach front property with some privacy and we found it. Property was as described. The garbage disposal would not run, but it was repaired within a couple hours. The host was very responsive to my questions before the stay. We will definitely return.

The property manager/ owners were very responsive to a few minor issues we had and one major issue, that was beyond their control- the water heater went out the day we arrived. It was fixed within 1 hour the next day and they compensated us for our inconvenience with an additional day free of charge. The property was lovely, the wait staff at the pool were really great and it was an overall good experience!

Overall our stay was memorable. The condo was in great condition and we were able to enjoy our week in Galveston. The condo was close to the beach and provided a fun time away from the crowds of Galveston. The couple of negatives were out of the control of anyone since we were there during tropical storm Alberto. Lots of rain and high winds but we made the best of it. If you want privacy that’s not too far from Galveston I recommend booking this place for all ages in your group.
