The sky has no limit at this beautiful, 3rd (top) floor ocean front vacation condo! “Sky Meadows” offers pristine, panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico with cool ocean breezes. This gorgeous condo features three bedrooms and two baths. It is the perfect place to enjoy your Pointe West vacation. Premier location on the TOP level (3RD FLOOR), which allows you to easily enjoy the beautiful beachfront view from the living or dining space in this open floor plan condo or when relaxing on the spacious, shaded and private balcony.
This condo offers: a king bed in the master, a second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom with 2 brand new, custom bunk beds, full over fulls. Perfect for couples or two small families vacationing together. Sleeps 8 comfortably with a twin air mattress for an additional child as well as a Pack n Play. 4 High-Def LED TV's, WIFI, all rooms nicely appointed, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A storage locker is provided with this unit.
Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds.
The Pointe West Beach Club is a privately owned facility and offers resort style amenities for guests who choose to purchase access. Use of these amenities is optional.
Resort Fee: $25 per person (ages 4+), per stay. *Beach club policy only allows 3 amenity bands per bedroom. It includes use of:
• Beach Club pool and seasonally heated Bayside pool with lazy river
• Hot tubs
• Basketball and a Pickleball court and a modest game/exercise room
• Seasonal family activities are offered throughout the year.
• The Pointe Restaurant is open seasonally for lunch and dinner.
The Beach Club will email an invoice directly to you. After payment, wristbands may be picked upon arrival at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9 AM–5 PM.
Please note: The resort fee is nonrefundable, so we recommend waiting until closer to your arrival before purchasing.
Important: We manage the rental home only. We do not oversee the Beach Club, its amenities, the restaurant, pools, beach access, or elevators. Refunds and/or cancellations are not given for any closures they may experience.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• Check in: 4 PM
• Check out: 10 AM
• Guests may enjoy the beach and Beach Club amenities before check in and after check with wristband purchase.
• All condos are accessible by stairs or elevator. If elevators are out of service, stair access will be required.
No refunds or alternative accommodations are provided for elevator outages.
• Minimum age requirement: 26+
• No prom, graduation, or high school groups, even with chaperones.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
* 31+ Days Before Arrival — You may change your dates (but the price might change), or you may cancel for a full refund minus a $100 fee and any travel‑insurance premium you bought.
* 30 Days or Less — No refunds and no date changes, no matter the reason — including weather or unexpected events.
Travel Insurance — Offered at booking. Helps protect you from losses due to unexpected events. Important because hurricane season is June–November.
Storm & Cancellation Policies — Additional details are in the rental agreement and should be reviewed carefully.

This property was perfect for our family of 7 with extra space for a couple more if needed! The location was fantastic!! Close to the beach club (pool) and walk over to the beach. The views from the condo are gorgeous and the storage shed had exactly what we needed to enjoy our time at the beach!! We also loved the bunk room. It accommodated our teenagers perfectly. Best bunk bed setup EVER! Plenty of space for taller kiddos. If you are debating on what condo to pick, I would strongly recommend you stay here!

The condo was comfy and had everything we needed. The bunk room was great and the beds were good size for teenage boys. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous! The host responded quickly to any questions and was so accommodating!! Loved both pool areas. The beach area wasn’t crowded at all. We would definitely book this one again!!!!
