The location was spot on....and it was a clean and light.
I had no need to speak with the estate team and overall a pleasant stay.
The stairs creak like hell, for a fairly new build.
And the bath is very deep and for those with mobility issues would prove to be quite dangerous.
Also, a poor location for a glass shelf, directly over the sink, which made brushing teeth and shaving a bit of a hazard.....especially if you are bald.

Location was great - sea front walk was 2 minutes away. The house itself was cosy and comfortable with everything we needed kitchenwise.
The outdoor space didn't get sun during the day and it's pretty sparse - not a green space (I guess it makes things easy to look after). A bit more information about things like spare toilet rolls. It said on the property listing they were provided. We ran out and bought our own. It wasn't until we were leaving that we accidentally found a stash 'hidden' in a cupboard.

Lovely little modern cottage. 2 minute walk to te harbour. Had everything we needed for our stay. Garden had two sitting areas,so good for those who like the sun & shade.
The parking space is quite tight, so passenger had to get out prior to parking. Would be difficult if you had a large car.

Clean environment.
The garden has been modified and the pictures do not reflect this. Not suitable for small children, multi levels out the back and slabbed, with no gates outside. Need to update listing as there are things available that are not listed, saves you taking them.
