Fun family get together, but apartment looked and felt well used , would return if updated.

Location. Internet cut off, but quickly sorted.

Badly stained carpets. Outside areas not clean and very shabby. Old rusty bbq out on balcony, obviously hadn’t been in use for a few years, so unable to use back balcony, bathroom tiles badly stained. Toilet was on sloping floor and loose when sat on. Very overpriced for state of apartment, but with some work could be super, as great location.

The location is amazing and the beds are very comfortable

The property needs a refresh. It wasn’t clean when we arrived. The window in the Ensuite is broken and two other windows don’t open. The kitchen is poorly equipped.

Perfect location but the general maintenance and poor cleanliness let it down

Firstly, I need to say what a fantastic location the property was in. Truly 5*, in the heart of a wonderful seaside village and with absolutely stunning views. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was also extremely comfy. The living room had a nice big tv for quiet evenings in, and the dining table was large enough for our family of 6.

However, it's clear that the fabulous location is what the property hangs its hat on, and cleanliness, general maintenance and the like was very poor. I purposely overlooked it because the location was perfect for us, but seriously guys, for the price you charge, people deserve some kind of service still. Things were broken, the floor in the kitchen was pretty gross around the cupboards, and the state of the BBQ was genuinely concerning (rust bucket). It's a shame because it could have been the perfect place to come back to every year, but sadly I'm not sure I would do it again without serious quality improvements.

Exceptional experience!

Excellent location right on the back beach, the balcony looks over the river and beach with so much going on to see in the amazing view The apartment is well laid out and very tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with three spacious double bedrooms upstairs - one with an en-suite bathroom allbeit very small –two with more of those views , the beds all very comfortable. The kitchen as adequately equiped and leads to an outdoor terrace space. There is a lively vibe from the pub next door in the evening and from the seagulls in the morning. It is not just a place to stay – it is an amazing experience!

Simply fabulous! Breathtaking views

The apartment is breathtaking - it is very tastefully decorated with a seaside vibe that fits perfectly with the incredible view and ambiance or this quaint back beach apartment in Teignmouth. The pub next door is always bustling with people which adds to the atmosphere of feeling like you’re a part of something special. (You also get a front row view of the pub entertainment when it’s on - whilst in the luxury of your own space! The Crabshavk restaurant underneath the apartment is second to none when it comes to a decent seafood meal! Congratulations to the owners on providing a fabulous holiday apartment to enjoy
