Fabulous location with views out to the Ness, estuary and up the river too.
Internal apt’ stairs were a bit steep but the views were worth it.
Needed some sensitive washing powder, more toilet rolls, dishwashing tablets and kitchen roll.
Staff were very friendly and asked for the hot water to be set at 60% as very, very hot, plus better understanding of the heating controls as apt’ was very warm - not to complain too much as it was winter.

It was nicely appointed, in nice countryside.
Not as big as expected, nor was it sea fa I g as photos suggest - be careful, it’s misleading advertising. Teignmouth is a scruffy and impoverished little town. Left, never to return.
