Good location, easy access to the town, the beaches and local shops, restaurants and bars. The house has really comfortable bedrooms, great living space, loads of books, games and puzzles for a home from home feel.
A few more bits in the house would have helped make our stay smoother - for example laundry detergent and more dishwasher tablets (only 2 were in the cupboard)

Nice clean, spacious property in a good location in the town and a short walk to the beaches.
Plenty of seating for up to six people with a decent sized smart TV in the lounge.
Excellent Wi-Fi with good coverage.
Plenty of hot water for baths etc.
The heating control had been hidden/removed so we couldn't turn it on and it was chilly at nights (late Sep).
Very limited extra bedding, what we did find was hidden away in a small cupboard.
Limited consumables and not a very comprehensive kitchen.
No spare loo rolls, we had to buy a pack two days into our stay.
The property is manages by an agent who sent endless emails prior to our visit, so much so, the important information was lost in repeats and meaningless content. They gave a phone number for contact if there was a problem with the property or booking. I called them but it was impossible to get through to anyone.
Parking is very limited and tight- no off street parking at the property. (Note: you can apply for a parking token in advance but you have to read through endless content to find the link- so we missed it until after our trip).
