View and location were perfect. Parking an added bonus. Flat was very well equipped. Enjoyed our stay and property was convenient for visiting family nearby.
Mattress and pillows a bit firmer than what we are used to having. Sofa not that comfortable but adequate for short term. Carpets in flat and on stairway in need of cleaning but appreciate it was the end of season. Hoover smelt a bit musty when used.

The view from the lounge window looking out over the estuary. Also we chose the property because it had a parking bay, vital in Shaldon, this was a great benefit.
