Awful as Sykes cancelled because they wanted me to pay 7 days for a weekend booking
The booking was cancelled on a bank holiday weekend. I spent 3 hours on hold to no avail. Sykes were appalling to deal with to get money back. No compensation and ruined our family weekend to visit my uncle. I had to book two separate places to accommodate family. Absolutely awful

Comfortable
Very welcoming had everything you could want including lots of games, dvds, PlayStation with games, videos and kids toys. So much space and it felt like home very quickly. 10/15 min walk to all shops and beach
Parking was a bit of a pain as we had two cars but with the week permit it made it less stressful

This house is perfectly located and we loved exploring Teignmouth.
The location of the property was excellent, it was so comfortable and spacious. I felt really at home. It was very well equipped and having the second lounge was such a bonus.
