Teign Place consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen housing an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, kettle and toaster, a dining area, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a selection of books, and a ground-floor utility. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower and WC, and a further double, along with a ground-floor bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden courtyard with furniture and a lawn, and off-road parking for 1 car with further unrestricted parking a couple of streets away. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub, within 0.7 miles, a lake and beach, and within 0.8 miles, a river, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome, with enquiries for additional pets considered. Have a wonderful stay at Teign Park.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: The historic, seaside town of Teignmouth is situated in South Devon on the mouth of the Teign estuary and boasts a working harbour, sandy beach, Victorian pier, sailing club, diving centre and sea activity centre. The seaward side of the town is known as ‘the Den’ and has elegant Georgian buildings, a large public area with lawns, play areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, and a miniature lighthouse. On the opposite side of Teignmouth are fishing boats and beach huts, plus views of the village of Shaldon and the hills of Dartmoor can be seen. Teignmouth also hosts folk and jazz festivals each year, whilst both the town and Shaldon hold annual carnivals and water regattas. If you decide to venture further afield, there is plenty to see and do close to Teignmouth including; the stunning Dartmoor National Park, the city of Exeter, plus the nearby harbour towns are well worth exploring.
