Teignmouth Town and Back beach were both a short walk away.
Spacious house.
Coffee maker.
Very comfy king-size bed.
Sash windows held a bit of condensation (we visited in winter)

This was my second stay at shipwrights and I would so recommend for anyone wanting to be by the beach but also out of the way of all the hussle and bussle that sea side towns get

The Cottage is lovely just a short walk to the beach, and is really well equipped. The host left tea coffee, bread milk , cake and butter, a nice touch.
The lack of parking became a real faff as the nearest car park has a 4hour only restriction, although you can park in it free overnight from 6pm until 9am. The BIG BIG issue is the Live Music from the Blue Anchor pub across the road sadly you cant escape the noise which went on until 11:30pm on Saturday. We spoke to a neighbour who lives there all year her words called it an " Fffing disgrace".
