We had a lovely weekend by the sea in a very comfortable and well equipped holiday home.

This property is a well appointed modern flat with everything in good working order. Everything is to a high standard while maintaining good functionality. This has one of the best equipped kitchens I have encountered at a rental property from crockery to utensils and appliances. The hosts provide an online guide to the facilities at the flat so it was good to be familiar with everything before arrival. There are two stairwells, one of which has a very efficient lift, which are across the open air entrance ways which means there is no noise from these in the flats. The whole complex has entry codes and locks which ensure the property is safe and secure. Being on the top floor of the building this flat has high ceilings and velux windows in bedrooms for more light, plus the views across the river to Shaldon and to the sea are great. The agents had provided us with the wrong code for the lock box but I was able to contact the owner/host and get the correct code within minutes. Thanks Nina and Nick

Would highly recommend

A spotlessly clean and well equipped two bedroom flat with two bathrooms. Stunning estuary and sea views. The noise of the trains below didn't bother us . Very secure building and underground parking. Within walking distance to the town centre of teignmouth and the beach front. We totally enjoyed our two week stay.

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice touch with bubbly and fudge owner approachable and pleasant

We're unaware of how close train track was. Also noise from both trains and unloading of ship docked in port made it impossible to sit outside. Should have done our research as needed a peaceful break.

Apartment was beyond amazing, not a thing I could think of that was lacking, did not want to leave, weather mixed but enjoyed a day watching movies and playing cards with the lovely wine left for us, super, will be back

A very welcoming luxury stay in Teignmouth

Loved how easy it was to find from the main road. The carparking and security was great. The apartment was beautifully furnished and we had everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a bonus and we utilised this twice during our stay. The beds were simply the best ever! It felt like you were sleeping among the clouds.

We did struggle a little bit with the instructions on using the code on the panels at that gate. As the wording on the panel didn't quite match those in the instructions so we had problems getting in. Had to call the property manager to get this clarified. Also it a took a bit to work out the lifts.

Fabulous location and beautiful apartment.

Amazing location and beautifully set up. Comfortable beds and tastefully decorated. They have thought of so many things to make the stay memorable. Having parking that close to town was an added bonus. Didn’t need to drive anywhere. Great security at the property.

Proximity of the train track may be a problem to some, but it didn’t bother us.
