Peaceful location

Location was excellent, bed was comfy, very peaceful and quiet which we love, cosy, great parking, great views with views of sea and stars, lovely decoration.

Towels and t-towels were unclean. We needed to go out and buy our own whilst on our stay however supermarkets were local so wasn't much of a problem. Also some of the cutlery was unclean with food which could have been a problem due to my partner being celiac.

Lovely contemporary apartment.

This is a beautifully furnished, well equipped, second floor contemporary apartment, with great views over the town and the sea, and convenient for Teignmouth's amenities and attractions. Situated at the top of a quiet street, the modern apartment block is attractive and well-kept (even the recycling bins were well appointed!) with a reliable lift and good lighting in the public areas. The 'dedicated' parking spot is an absolute boon - having visited Teignmouth several times to visit family, we know that this is a premium feature of a rental property! Access instructions were extremely clearly described by the owners. The flat is warm, the water is hot, and the bed comfy! The 'cream tea' provided by the owners was a nice welcoming touch, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly look to stay there again next time we visit Teignmouth.

Nice apartment, good location but avoid if you have a nice car because it will get damaged.

The location of the property is good with a fantastic view.

Whilst the property has a designated parking space damage on the near side front passenger door had occurred whilst parked on site during the stay. Paint from the car parked next to our car is evident on the passengers door in several places. It appears the driver of that car has opened his door several times leaving paint on our vehicle. No contact after two weeks has been received from the driver of that car even though this incident has been reported to the hosts. We have agreed the hosts pass on my contact details to the driver but to no avail, therefore this incident will need to be escalated to insurance companies. I’m extremely disappointed.

The location was not great having two big hills and being disabled I had use the car instead of walking like I would have liked to. But this is no fault of the hosts they were lovely and their property is gorgeous

Beautiful Teignmouth Summer 2025

The location was perfect, just near the train station to explore other parts of Devon. Set up on a slight hill the views from the apartment were stunning. We travelled to Devon by car and parking was important when choosing where to stay. A parking place was allocated to each apartment and they are numbered bays so it was very easy to find. The apartment was modern and comfortable and very spacious for two adults. Thank you to our hosts who had left us a few treats on our arrival.

Lovely stay in well equipped flat with gorgeous views

The hosts provided a warm welcome with a curated Devon cream tea and immediate resolve on the occasion we needed help with a flickering lightbulb and - of all things! - a pair of scissors :-) As we were four adults (albeit two of them so-called 'young adults' ;-) ) it was lovely to have a proper sofa to sit in rather than a two-seater (that we have, on occasion, squeezed three into ahem, ahem) and an armchair that some other properties we have stayed in have offered.

It is all personal, init? Being of the so-called 'a certain age', we would appreciate either net curtains or blinds behind the black-out curtains in the bedrooms so that privacy can be offered/guaranteed without the curtains needing to be shut thus the room being dark/ceiling light needing to be on. For someone else, this will be no issue at all so it is not really about it being negative, it is about how we are all different :-)

Lovely, quiet and very comfortable appartment to return to after a long coastal walk.

Quiet, comfortable appartment. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. Sea view. Comfortable beds and excellent shower. Windows could be opened for air. Lovely to sit on the balcony. Place to park our car. It's a few minutes walk down a fairly steep road to the station, town and beach so we could leave the car behind.

The property was beautifully furnished and very clean. Everything was provided to make our stay comfortable and the scones, jam and cream were a lovely welcome. The view over the sea and town was exceptional. It was a short walk to the town and beach so in a great position.

Quiet and relaxing

it was a lovely apartment with great sea views. Quiet location and close to town. Provided own parking spot and a secure location.

The last part of the walk to the apartment was extremely steep! The shower screen was not long enough to prevent water from escaping onto bathroom floor. Also from day one we found apartment door lock a bit loose and not easy to operate. May need attention.

Clean, modern apartment with balcony and great views. KItchen with built-in fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine -- didn't use the washers because just a short stay -- open plan to lounge area. Quiet location.

4 nights xmas break

4 nights This appartments we cant fault at all, allthough we dont do cooking or use washer or dishwasher it's there if you need it. great views from balcony, Comfy beds and suite, cark park and working lift, everything was a few minutes away for pubs, restaurant, takeaways, cafe, shops everything 👍🏻

If you have any sort of mobility issues this is not for you, the steep hill walking down and bk up is a killer my hubby couldnt drive for the 1st 3 days so was unable to visit the places we had planned by car ☹ I didnt like how you couldnt smoke on the balcony because it's a fire hazard as you explained, but I think it's far more a hazard cooking a meal in the kitchen 🤔 I did check the mark on the carpet and tryed to rub it away with a cloth b4 I messaged you, and it was definitely a cigerette burn so please dont insult my intelligence by telling me it was something spilled and just wiped off I took a pic of it 😡
