Peaceful location
Location was excellent, bed was comfy, very peaceful and quiet which we love, cosy, great parking, great views with views of sea and stars, lovely decoration.
Towels and t-towels were unclean. We needed to go out and buy our own whilst on our stay however supermarkets were local so wasn't much of a problem. Also some of the cutlery was unclean with food which could have been a problem due to my partner being celiac.

Lovely contemporary apartment.
This is a beautifully furnished, well equipped, second floor contemporary apartment, with great views over the town and the sea, and convenient for Teignmouth's amenities and attractions. Situated at the top of a quiet street, the modern apartment block is attractive and well-kept (even the recycling bins were well appointed!) with a reliable lift and good lighting in the public areas. The 'dedicated' parking spot is an absolute boon - having visited Teignmouth several times to visit family, we know that this is a premium feature of a rental property! Access instructions were extremely clearly described by the owners. The flat is warm, the water is hot, and the bed comfy! The 'cream tea' provided by the owners was a nice welcoming touch, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly look to stay there again next time we visit Teignmouth.

Excellent modern apartment with lovely view to the sea. Well equipped. Devon scones were lovely.
We are a retired couple and we found the sofa a bit low for us and the bed a little too soft.

Nice apartment, good location but avoid if you have a nice car because it will get damaged.
The location of the property is good with a fantastic view.
Whilst the property has a designated parking space damage on the near side front passenger door had occurred whilst parked on site during the stay. Paint from the car parked next to our car is evident on the passengers door in several places. It appears the driver of that car has opened his door several times leaving paint on our vehicle. No contact after two weeks has been received from the driver of that car even though this incident has been reported to the hosts. We have agreed the hosts pass on my contact details to the driver but to no avail, therefore this incident will need to be escalated to insurance companies. I’m extremely disappointed.

The location was not great having two big hills and being disabled I had use the car instead of walking like I would have liked to. But this is no fault of the hosts they were lovely and their property is gorgeous

Beautiful Teignmouth Summer 2025
The location was perfect, just near the train station to explore other parts of Devon. Set up on a slight hill the views from the apartment were stunning. We travelled to Devon by car and parking was important when choosing where to stay. A parking place was allocated to each apartment and they are numbered bays so it was very easy to find. The apartment was modern and comfortable and very spacious for two adults. Thank you to our hosts who had left us a few treats on our arrival.
The apartment was a lovely albeit a little hot most of the time.
