Good buffet food. Good rooms and size, close location to beach, has parking for motor bikes.

There are no shelves in the shower to hang soap or shampoo. There are no plugs in the washroom to dry hair, only plugs in the bedroom. The fridge is warm and drinks inside don’t get cold even overnight. I informed staff but they just brushed me off as if it’s normal. I have stayed at least 7 hotels in my trip in Vietnam and all of them were somewhat cold. It is a bit outdated design. The view for our ocean view room was quite sad. It was blocked by the building in front, so we could see it in the corner view on the right between two buildings. Also the safe in the room is not working and is loose/moveable not bolted down, we informed staff on our way out to town they told us to come back and stay in the hotel and wait for them to come fix it. Which they could have done when we away from the hotel. We didn’t bother to use the safe and just locked it in our luggage’s. The rooftop pool to get access, you need to get to the stairs from 12 to 14 floor. At the time noon it was very hot and nothing was set up to sit down to chill and looked not as astonishing as the pictures. Overall experience was average, food was good, price paid was more on the higher side.

The rooftop pool is in need of a renovation, the pool furniture was broken and the lounge chair cushions were badly stained. The breakfast buffet was below average. We had an odd incident that was very inconvenient and very poor customer service. One day on our way back from the beach, the hotel staff stopped us in the lobby and interrogated us about a stain on one of the pillow cases in our room. They had photos of the pillow case on their iPhone and told us the pillow case was still in our room for us to see. We told them the truth, that we noticed the stain the night before (after the cleaning staff cleaned the room), but it was late, we were tired and we simply turned the pillow over, they got quite upset and said that they would never put a stained pillowcase on a bed when they cleaned. They then said there would be a fee of vnd 700,000 or ~$40 for the pillow case, which was more than we paid for one night in the room with breakfast. We again told them that the stain was not our fault, so they said they would speak to their manager. We didn’t hear anything further. It was inconvenient, wasted our time and left us feeling like the customer service was terrible. Hence our poor ratings.
