We had a great stay here! The hotel was a really good deal and in such a nice, quiet spot near the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great location, wonderful staff, perfect for families and couples

Nice stay, unfortunately apa under renovation, some construction next door, which hampering and knocking noises start ard 7am plus. So can check in w the hotel if u r staying in the hotel anytime soon to try to arrange your room away from the next door side. Alternative can plan itinenary to start early, their breakfast starts 6.30am. The pool is still fun enough for kids and equipped with safety vest. Very spacious family room. Staffs are friendly and prompt.

Pros: 1- The room we stayed in was genuinely huge, and the bathtub became an instant favorite for my kid, who was extremely happy and excited after seeing it. As a family traveler, this kind of space really matters and made the stay comfortable inside the room. 2- The bathroom design is very thoughtful and practical. It is divided into three separate areas, which means one person can brush teeth, one can use the toilet, and one can take a bath at the same time. When you are traveling with family and planning daily outings, this saves a surprising amount of time and avoids unnecessary stress. 3- We booked the pool access family room, and purely from a room design and layout perspective, it was very well planned and comfortable. The room itself felt premium and well thought out for family use. 4- Cleanliness deserves special mention because it was honestly the best we experienced across all hotels in Vietnam. Every corner of the room and bathroom felt spotless, and that gave a lot of peace of mind, especially while staying with a child. 5- At check-in, they had burned lemongrass oil or something similar, and the fragrance was absolutely beautiful. It continued for a few hours and created a very calming, therapy-like feeling that immediately set a positive mood after a long journey. 6- We reached the hotel almost one hour early, and after waiting around 30 minutes in the lobby, they offered us early check-in. This small gesture was appreciated and made us feel welcomed at that moment. 7- The hotel provides a detailed list of dos and don’ts on our whatsapp, including a rule about charging vnd 200000 for outside food. In reality, this rule is not enforced, but it is better to confirm directly with them to avoid confusion. 8- The location is convenient because My Khe Beach is just 2–3 minutes away. However, the hotel is inside an interior lane, so you should not expect a beach view or a lively main-road feeling when you step out. 9- The interior décor, paintings, and overall furnishing are tastefully done and give the hotel a premium boutique look. The lobby is small but still appropriate for a hotel of this size. Cons: 1- From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel is running with a severe shortage of staff and mostly on autopilot. We arrived with four large bags, and there was no guard or staff member outside to help. When I requested assistance, we were asked to wait, and later the receptionist ladies themselves came out and lifted the heavy luggage. Watching that was honestly embarrassing and uncomfortable. 2- At night, around 9 PM, we requested water bottles to be sent to the room. We were told to come down to the lobby and collect them ourselves. At this price point, this kind of self-service feels disappointing and makes you question what you are actually paying for. 3- The hotel does not feel fully value for money because of the lack of staff presence. At night, there is no guard near the pool or outside the hotel. I expected a staff there because all rooms can be accessed from there if that area is compromised. Even though Vietnam is generally very safe, our room was on the ground floor, and I found myself waking up and checking repeatedly to make sure everything was okay, which is not the feeling you want on a holiday. 4- We specifically paid extra for a pool access family room, and my kid was extremely excited to see the pool. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated, and the water was so cold that he touched it once and immediately stepped back in fear. Seeing that excitement turn into disappointment was painful, and it felt like the extra money spent on pool access was completely wasted. 5- On the day of departure, we had to leave early at 5:15 AM for our flight. I went for a bath at around 4:45 AM, expecting hot water, but the water remained cold no matter how long I waited.
