Highly recommended for those who plan for a stay at Danang. Room is spacious and clean. Easily access to the beach and there’s a lot of restaurants nearby- walking distance, easily get the grab driver as well. Breakfast is good and they changed the menu slightly everyday.

A luxury hotel, amazing room with a full sea view from our room. The room is comfortable, breakfast spread is amazing though at times the fruits / yoghurt section runs out. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach location is prime, with a minute walk to the Danang beach and lots of eateries, spa, laundry services, food options all around. The infinity pool has a great view and though it is not huge is comfortable for a swim and dip. The sky bar has a great view of Danang city and the dragon bridge in a distance.. we were fortunate to sit there and watched the game finale of the international fireworks competition on our last night! Being a newly built hotel about a year old, facilities are still near. We had a complimentary foot massage as part of our room booking and mini bar all complimentary which was a really lovely gesture. Only downside was the slowness of the lift which hopefully the hotel could look into. Would definitely come back again if we are in Danang.

⭐ 1/5 – One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I Have Ever Had I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay at Phuc Long Luxury Hotel was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have encountered. For a property marketed as a 4-star hotel, the level of hospitality, service, and facilities fell far below expectations. The problems started with the room TV. There was no Netflix available, which was disappointing in itself. Shortly after, the TV stopped working altogether. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the hotel staff and management appeared more interested in implying that I had caused the problem by disconnecting something. As a guest, being blamed for a faulty television was unacceptable. What made matters worse was the attitude of the Team Leader, Mr. Quoc Le. Throughout the stay, he came across as dismissive, skeptical, and unwilling to listen. Whenever I raised a concern, I felt as though I was being questioned rather than assisted. Instead of acknowledging issues and working towards solutions, he seemed intent on turning the responsibility back onto the guest. The bathroom ventilation was another major issue. The toilet exhaust fan had little to no suction, causing unpleasant odors to linger in the bathroom. When I reported this, the response I received was simply, "Are you sure?" rather than an inspection or attempt to address the problem. The hotel's air-conditioning and ventilation were also extremely poor. Considering the scorching weather in Da Nang, I was surprised that the reception area felt inadequately cooled, the guest room corridors had no air-conditioning, and the elevators were warm and stuffy with almost no ventilation. Every trip from the room to the lobby was uncomfortable. This is certainly not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Service standards were equally inconsistent. One evening I requested a bucket of ice. While I was in the bathroom and taking a moment to get to the door, the staff repeatedly rang the doorbell impatiently. The next day, when I requested ice again, I was suddenly told there was no ice available. I was also shocked when I requested an additional room key card and was informed that the hotel had no spare key cards available. This is a basic operational necessity for any hotel. Guests often travel with companions, and providing an extra key card should not be an issue. To make matters worse, the hotel's technician repeatedly rang my room doorbell despite my "Do Not Disturb" sign being clearly displayed. The purpose of a Do Not Disturb sign is to respect the guest's privacy and rest. Ignoring it demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect for guests. Based on my experience, I would not be surprised if management responds to this review by making excuses, questioning the feedback, or attempting to shift responsibility to the guest rather than acknowledging the issues raised. Unfortunately, that was exactly the attitude I encountered throughout my stay. I am genuinely puzzled as to how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. The issue was not one isolated incident but a series of problems involving facilities, service standards, communication, and guest care. If Phuc Long wants to succeed in the hospitality industry, it needs to focus far more on customer service, accountability, and guest experience. Otherwise, it may be better known for its coffee than its hotel.
