The room we had was really large and well appointed. We stayed there for quite a few nights and it was comfortable. We loved the design of the rooms but also the property. the leaves hanging in the atrium make the place special. The reception team was kind too. We often come back to Da Nang and I think we would go back to stay there again.

This was such a lovely room / mini apartment, the hotel was in a great location and easy to get around Da Nang, an easy walk to the beach which was good for us. The housekeeping was always perfect, so clean and well maintained.

The breakfast was always cold unfortunately and sometimes not enough tables for us to sit together as a family, apart from that everything was great.

Amazing boutique hotel, we had a perfect stay during our 7 nights there. Friendly staff, beautiful decoration and details, spotless clean rooms and general spaces. The room are spacious, enough room for your clothes and to let your towels dry for example. The breakfast lady is sweet, very tasty breakfast with also enough fruit and vegetables. The pool is great, also the shadow end for small children. They provide pooltowels. Nice to have several areas to sit, like next to the pond or at the roof terrace. All the staff was friendly, at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the breakfast lady and the handyman/poolman. The location is close by several great restaurants, the beach and spa's.

The room was not very clean as a department hotel. Clear coffee stain on the marble surface next to the stove, the humidity lead some smell in the room. My bathtub was stuffed with one push after i left with full water and found the water was not warm enough. I went downstairs and even the staff was nice and responsive, he still can not fix the stuffed bathtub. We need to wait till the next morning for fixing it out⋯so I left the bathtub water for the whole night that make the room more humid. The hot water was not enough, it was hot in the beginning but the turning warm around 10 min of shower. I tried two nights and looking forward to having a nice bathing after the shower but giving up eventually due to the water temperature was not hot enough especially in the winter of Vietnam
