Risemount Premier Resort Da Nang

Great location on a Main Street but set back so no street noise to speak of. Easy walk to beach, heaps of food, drink and Spa options easy walking nearby. Pool & bar was great. Welcome relief from the heat at the end of each day.

Air Con in our room was a bit poor. As it’s a key activated power set up, if you went out for too long, room got quite hot and could take quite a while to cool right down. As we had a pool side room, we resorted to leaving our room unlocked so we could leave or card in the slot. Only gave us one card as well. Bit noisey at night in pool area with people swimming and music going until a least 10pm. All minor stuff really. It’s an amazing hotel I’d stay there again.

The breakfast was the highlight of the hotel! We loved going up there each morning, to enjoy the egg/ pho station. The staff were positive, and friendly. Leona in particular was very helpful and tried to accommodate any request we had. Our rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. The gym facilities were above average, when we could get in there and the upstairs pool was great to use.

There wasn’t much of the hotel we didn’t like. If we could suggest one thing- it would be to add more shade breaks for the sun beds upstairs, and the curtains in our room could be blackout- one side our room let too much light in the morning.

This was marketed as a 5 star. It was most definitely not a 5 star. I booked for the end of our trip 2 nights to spoil ourselves relax be comfortable before our trip back to Australia. Walls were paper thin our neighbours might as well slept in our room. The smell of our floor as soon as we got off the elevator was very musty. Breakfast was cold and we ended up with upset belly afterwards.
