Great value for the money but don't expect much in the way of amenities. Good coffee shop on the ground floor, even better one (Highlands) across the street.

I’ve had a wonderful stay at Coco Rico Hotel and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and everything you need, while still being comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is extremely clean, the facilities are great, and my room has been very comfortable. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. The housekeeping has also been excellent throughout my stay. It genuinely feels like they care about their guests. Great location, great value, wonderful people, and an all-around excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!

Here is a review based on your feedback: Great Value and Perfect Location – A Solid Choice in Da Nang! Rating: 4.5 / 5 Overall, I had a fantastic stay at Cocorico Hotel in Da Nang and felt it offered incredible value for money. The Room & Amenities The room was impressively spacious and spotless throughout my stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The extra touches were much appreciated, such as the complimentary bottled water provided every day, a reliable mini-fridge, and strong Wi-Fi. It had all the essential comforts you need after a day of exploring. Location & Safety The location is top-notch. It sits in a safe, walkable neighborhood that makes getting around Da Nang super convenient, with My Khe Beach and plenty of local restaurants just a short stroll away. The Only Minor Issue The only slight drawback was finding the property on arrival—the main entrance is actually located at the back of the building (behind the front shop front), so it takes a moment to locate at first. Once you figure out where it is, though, access is completely straightforward. Verdict Given the budget-friendly price point, clean spaces, and convenient location, I’d definitely recommend Cocorico Hotel for anyone visiting Da Nang. I would gladly stay here again!
