This is an ideal location to explore the popular villages and broads of Wroxham, Potter Heigham, Coltishall, Salhouse and Ranworth, which are all easily accessible with the 8-seater, private motor launch available on request directly with the owner at an additional charge. Horning village, a picturesque broadland village with riverside inns, restaurants, a selection of small shops and tea shops, is just a couple of minutes away. BeWILDerwood, an outdoor tree top adventure park makes a great day out for children, or there is Wroxham Barns just a short drive away. Wroxham is known as the "Capital of the Broads", with its selection of waterside cafés, restaurants and pubs. Sandy beaches can be reached within 11 miles where you can experience the delights of the coastal villages. Alternatively, spend a day in the city of Norwich, 9 miles, with its cathedral, museums, theatres and a vast array of cafés and shops. National Trust properties including Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Horsey Windpump are all well worth a visit. Sailing, cycle hire, fishing and bird watching are all available locally. Mr Barrett will require a lead name for the insurance, this person must be 18 years of age or over, and this person will be responsible for the boat. Between November - March, there is a £100 security deposit, and £100 hire charge on the boat launch, payable by cheque in advance.
The water is from a spring, well or borehole, and not a mains supply.
There is open water in the property grounds.
