Jamie communicated with us before checking in and was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions.
The property is spacious and ideally located, near the train station and the Cathedral quarter.
The property was pristine.
The property looks like a semi detached house but there are a number of flats attached to the back of the house. The car park is shared with other residents and the property's bedrooms overlook the carpark so that it can be a bit noisy in the morning.
The kitchen is lacking in a few essentials like a coffee pot / machine, salad bowl, bread knife e.g.

The property was very clean and spacious. It also had baby items which would be so helpful to people who were staying with a baby. The location is very good as it’s right next to the train station and we got where we needed by just walking and took 5 minutes.

The proximity to the town centre was very good.
Nice size fridge / freezer.
Spacious lounge / dining area.
Parking space not guaranteed.
Condom found outside the property on the roof of the porch.
Lounge only had 1 light bulb.
Beds not comfy.
No mirror in bathroom and bathroom a bit shabby.
Creaky stairs.
Very small hanging rail in bedrooms.
Single glazed door and 1 lock didn’t seem secure.
A lot of people walking to neighbours property during night time and early hours of the morning.
