Close to the railway station and only 10 mins walk onto the centre of Norwich. Good selection of convenience stores close by to be able to get provisions. Pubs and restaurants within easy reach.
Clean, well presented and well equipped kitchen. Very helpful and pleasant owner.
A couple of small issues that were dealt with quickly by the owner. Near a busy road which was noisy at night.

Jamie communicated with us before checking in and was extremely responsive whenever we had any questions.
The property is spacious and ideally located, near the train station and the Cathedral quarter.
The property was pristine.
The property looks like a semi detached house but there are a number of flats attached to the back of the house. The car park is shared with other residents and the property's bedrooms overlook the carpark so that it can be a bit noisy in the morning.
The kitchen is lacking in a few essentials like a coffee pot / machine, salad bowl, bread knife e.g.

The proximity to the town centre was very good.
Nice size fridge / freezer.
Spacious lounge / dining area.
Parking space not guaranteed.
Condom found outside the property on the roof of the porch.
Lounge only had 1 light bulb.
Beds not comfy.
No mirror in bathroom and bathroom a bit shabby.
Creaky stairs.
Very small hanging rail in bedrooms.
Single glazed door and 1 lock didn’t seem secure.
A lot of people walking to neighbours property during night time and early hours of the morning.
