High Barn is part of a select development of four luxury barn conversions in the historic coastal village of Happisburgh. Sympathetically restored, it offers luxurious living with fantastic rural views, making it an ideal base for a relaxing break on the North Norfolk coast.
On the ground floor, High Barn features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and access out to the garden. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large integrated fridge and freezer, an electric hob and two integrated ovens, along with a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A convenient downstairs WC is located next to the kitchen.
Up on the first floor are three stylish bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room. Two bedrooms offer standard double beds, while the third features a super king-size bed. Balconies on either side of the property provide the perfect spot to enjoy the views, with one side offering panoramic countryside scenery. The impressive main bedroom suite is set across the second floor and includes a super king-size bed along with an open-plan bathroom featuring a bath, shower, washbasin and WC. All bedrooms have a TV.
Outside, the large enclosed garden includes a patio and lawned area with plenty of seating and a hot tub. A separate games room adds even more space for fun, with a pool table, table tennis, dartboard and TV. There is parking for multiple cars, plus a 7.8kW EV charger available for guests. Up to four dogs are welcome at no extra charge, and dogs are welcome throughout the property—including on the sofa, as long as the throws provided are used.
