Pleasant leisure or business stay in a safe, quiet home-like environment with great breakfast

I liked everything, it was perfect. Nothing to complain about. Everything as advertised and described. Great rich breakfast. Within walking distance from the university campus where I was busy. Hot water in bathroom and kitchen, so no problem for shower or dish washing, if needed. A great advantage, the parking. Bus stops within walking distance, if needed, plenty of shops and restaurants or diners in the area. Very nice, safe quiet residential area near the Cambre woods where one can walk or go jogging. Very cosy flat with everything one needs, well arranged. Excellent internet. We intend to come back. Thank you very much, Alessandra and Albert.

A great place to stay for a city trip to Brussels

We stayed for only a couple nights but it was a very pleasant experience. The place is not very big but we managed to organise ourselves. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean there, including the bathroom. The kitchen area was tiny but there were lots of things available that one could use for preparing meals, from equipment to ingredients. We got enough food for more than two breakfasts and the host provided gluten-free bread on request which was very nice. We were warmly welcomed there and got some tips on where to go and how to get to places. We could park just in front of the entrance which was very convenient. The location is not close to the centre but it's well connected with public transport which we used.

The only thing I could complain about was the size of the place for two adults and an active child but we knew what we were taking and I could stay there again :)

Quiet respite from Brussels with adequate resources within and without accommodation.

Charming hosts and contained studio space was perfect for my needs. This is a quiet and academic (rather than corporate) space with charm and very adequate for a short stay. Train is just around the corner with brisk access to airport and commercial areas of the city. Bus 136 runs here, but tram is further away.

parking is available at all times. it has a small kitchen and fridge and feels like a small home.

Owner gave a lecture about the temperature rules not exceeding 19 degrees and jokingly said he will kick us out if we dont respect these rules. He turned off the heating during night and got us sick. We begged them to not do it next day (chat screenshot attached) and they didn't care to help even though they claimed they are sorry and will keep it in mind. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go only if you can sleep in a fridge.

Lovely, spotless, modern, charming, comfy and very well equiped. The place has everything you could need, full of details. I was by myself but its perfect for a couple and maybe even more because of the sofa-bed. For breakfast they left tons of options! Lovely warm bed. Small bathroom but funtional and super clean!!

Comfort and tranquility on the outskirts of Brussels .

Good variety of good quality food provided for breakfast which was great. The location was on a main bus route out of the city near a beautiful park. It was peaceful and secluded. Everything you could need was found at the property. We would certainly return for another stay.

Very nice owners, quite location, breakfast, kitchen with fridge and microwave, backyard.

Parking outside and not fixed, without permission, so you need to keep track of your car and timing not to be fined. As well apartment is kids friendly, however in fact to get to apartment you need to carry all the staff like pram, etc. in hands till house and than 1.5 more floors with narrow stairs.

La dueña era demasiado seria. Fue correcta pero hubo un problema al darme el número de tlf, le faltó un cero. Pues como no me salía operativo cuando la llamé , cuando después se lo expliqué, me cogió el teléfono para comprobar ella misma que estaba diciendo la verdad. Eso no me gustó en absoluto. No obstante fue correcta en el resto

Le petit studio est coquet, très propre et bien équipé. Restaurant, commerces et transports en commun (bus et train) sont à 2 pas. l'hôte est très sympathique et discret. Il est possible de garer un véhicule dans la propriété. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.

Top la visite de Bruxelles, avons beaucoup apprécié d'accéder aux trams par le parc. Bien agréable

Petit déjeuner pour 2 jours top, manque de cacao et thé unique, mais les produits frais dans ke frigo c'était top ainsi que le pain choisi.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, perfekt für zwei

Sehr gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist gut und ruhig mit einem Blick in den Garten, aber etwas außerhalb. Es ist toll, mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank begrüßt zu werden! Das Bett lässt auch keine Wünsche offen.

Wohnen vor den Toren Brüssels

Die sehr ruhige Lage ganz in der Nähe eines großen Parkes hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit, aber Vorsicht: die Haltestelle der Linie 136 liegt zwar direkt vor der Haustüre, gehört aber nicht zum Brüsseler STIP Netz und ist daher kostenpflichtig. Die etwas weiter entfernte Haltestelle der Linie 41 (direkt am Park) dagegen kann man mit der Brüssel Card nutzen. Das Auto kann man sicher auf dem Grundstück parkieren, draussen nur zwei Stunden mit Parkscheibe. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt und schön eingerichtet.

Das Badezimmer ist definitiv zu klein. Ich hätte gerne mal die Vermieterin getroffen, aber man konnte nur über bookingcom kommunizieren, was ich etwas seltsam fand, wohnt sie doch im selben Haus.
