Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed in fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bathmats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up at each property like a hotel, so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property.
* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed – this is strictly enforced by the onsite security.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.

The condo was beautiful and just as described. The property management company was wonderful to work with - they answered questions quickly and provided check in and check out information clearly. I must have missed the 60 parking pass for the condo, so that was a bit surprising, but the condo and staff were fantastic!

Absolutely a must place to stay. Pools were clean. Accessible to many other other places for shopping, dining and activities.

We had great experience and stay. My family of five (3 kids between the ages of 4-11) along with my parents had one of the best vacations we have ever had. We take vacations at least once a year. This unit is exactly what you see in the photos. It is clean, well kept, and very nice. Since we went in the winter, the elevators weren't an issue as far as wait times. The check-in and check-out process were easy and convenient. The unit also had beach chairs that we used each day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend.
